Psychotherapy from an IFS perspective.
What are you seeking in psychotherapy?
Are you curious to know what your fear, your sadness, your triggers are here to tell you?
How can we learn to be present with our struggles - our relational and attachment trauma, our stuck patterns, our loss, our anxiety, our physical symptoms, our grief? How can we sit with them and listen to them piece by piece?
What if we could turn towards each “symptom” with an open heart?
What if we could transform the suffering?
“Trauma is not what happens to you, but what happens inside you. ”
